What does HEDJ actually do?

We design, build, and ship reliable software and growth systems. That includes web & mobile apps, AI agents & automation, blockchain development, ERP/CRM platforms, and full-funnel creative & marketing.

Outcome: faster launches, cleaner scale, and measurable impact.

How do new projects start?

We begin with a quick discovery call to clarify goals, constraints, and success metrics. You receive a structured proposal (scope, timeline, milestones, price). Once approved and the kickoff deposit is paid, we start sprint 0 for setup and planning.

What timelines should we expect?

Typical ranges:

  • Websites & landing pages: 2–6 weeks
  • Web or mobile apps (MVP): 6–12 weeks
  • AI/automation & integrations: 2–8 weeks
  • Blockchain/DeFi modules: 6–14 weeks

Complexity, integrations, and approvals can extend these estimates. We share a project schedule and update it weekly.

How does pricing work?

We offer packaged plans (with website, hosting & domain) and custom quotes for bespoke software. Invoices are milestone-based; a deposit is due at kickoff. See current plans on our pricing page.

How many revisions do we get?

Each milestone includes review cycles. Reasonable revisions that stay within the approved scope are included. Net-new features or significant changes are quoted as change requests before work proceeds.

Who owns the code, designs, and content?

Upon full payment, you receive a license or ownership to the deliverables defined in your agreement (excluding third-party components and our internal tooling). We hand off repositories, design files, and documentation at closeout.

Do you provide hosting, domains, and support?

Yes. All plans include website+hosting+domain. For apps and APIs we provision cloud environments, CI/CD, monitoring, and backups. Ongoing support SLAs and incident response are available on request.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel at any time with written notice. Completed work and in-progress time are invoiced up to the cancellation date. We package handover materials so your team can continue without disruption.

How do you handle data privacy and GDPR?

We follow GDPR principles and data-minimization practices. Processing roles (controller/processor) and DPA terms are defined in contracts when applicable. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What about security and compliance?

We apply secure-by-default practices: least privilege, secret management, audited dependencies, HTTPS everywhere, and logging/monitoring. We can align to ISO-27001/SOC-2 style controls as needed.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We invoice in EUR (or USD on request). Bank transfer is preferred. For subscriptions we can enable card payments via a PCI-compliant provider.

What if our scope changes mid-project?

No problem—your PM will prepare a short change request with impact on timeline and cost. Upon approval we update the plan and continue.

Do you handle SEO and performance?

Yes. We deliver technical SEO (schema, meta, sitemaps), Core Web Vitals tuning, analytics, and on-page foundations. Ongoing content strategy is available in our plans.

Who provides copy, images, and translations?

Your team can supply assets, or we can produce them (copywriting, creative, and localization). We ensure licensing is correct for commercial use.

Do you offer a warranty after launch?

Yes. We include a post-launch warranty window for bug fixes tied to the agreed scope. Enhancements or new features are quoted separately.

Can we get SLAs and 24/7 support?

Enterprise support with response times, uptime targets, and incident handling is available. Tell us your requirements and we’ll tailor the SLA.
